Reservation Fee: $40 for a 4-hour block. $80 for more than 4 hours or full day block.
Park shelters are first come first serve unless reserved.
KPRD requires reservation requests to be submitted at least 3 days in advance. If gazebo is reserved within 3-7 days of the event, a reservation sign may not be posted on the reservation board at the park.

Directions/Location: The Suttree Landing Park Shelter is located on the east end of the park by the parking lot.
Interested parties are encouraged to visit that park before completing the reservation and before your event to make sure the shelter meets your needs.

HIGHLIGHTED INFORMATION (See full list also),/b>
• Be sure to have your Rental Contract/Permit/Receipt with you during your event (printed or on phone). If another group is in the shelter/gazebo/pavilion during your rental time, please contact the Knoxville Police Department non-emergency number, 865-215-4010
• Keep all vehicles in designated areas. Parking and/or driving on the grass is prohibited.
• Animals must be leashed and cleaned up after.
• Observe park rules and ordinances and Rental Policies (which you will sign off on during the rental process and agree to abide by).
• Please clean the area after your event. Use appropriate waste receptacles for trash and/or recycling, if available.
• The shelter and park amenities are available "as is". Grass is mowed on a 2-week schedule. Restrooms are serviced and garbage is picked up multiple times per week. As no staff is on site, we can not guarantee the conditions when you arrive. We encourage groups to bring cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.
• Inflatables must be requested, insurance provided, and Inflatable Disclosure Form submitted.
• All renters must abide by all terms & conditions established by the City of Knoxville as well as City Ordinances. The Department of Parks and Recreation in conjunction with the local authorities reserves the right to terminate any event if the activities are deemed unlawful or harmful. Reservation guidelines broken may result in the immediate cancellation and/or forfeiture of any fees paid.
PROHIBITED ITEMS / ACTIVITIES
• No alcoholic beverages or drugs allowed at park
• No inflatables (also known as “bounce houses”) unless approved by KPRD & Risk Management. Approval requires proper insurance and notarized Inflatable Disclosure Statement.
• No loud music or music with offensive language
• No setting up tents or canopies
• No activities that will damage the shelter, park, common area, etc. more than normal wear & tear.
Please place all trash in trash receptacles and recyclables in recycling containers
• INCLUDE IN RECYCLING:
Plastic containers, Metal cans, Clean paper & Cardboard
• DO NOT INCLUDE IN RECYCLING:
Plastic bags, Chip Bags, Paper plates, Napkins, Glass, Food
If your Event is charging fees, raising funds, and/or involves activities that could result in injury, insurance and more may be required to host your event on City property. Please contact KPRD at 865-215-1733 for more information. Failure to inform KPRD and/or not submitting insurance for the event will result in immediate cancellation of the event and no refund given. Most shelter rentals are birthday parties, baby showers, wedding showers, business outings, family reunions, etc. and typically do not require insurance.
